Salade de crevettes

Shrimp salad !

Preparation time : 20 minutes

Cooking time : 5 minutes

Ingredients :

( for 2 )

  • A lettuce
  • 300g of peeled frozen shrimps
  • A tomato
  • A green lemon
  • 20g of sesame seeds
  • A carrot
  • A grapefruit
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Follow those instructions :

Step 1 :

Peel and wash the lettuce and pour it in a big salad bowl

Step 2 :

Then, peel the carrot and slice it. Then remove the grapefruit pulp and and mix it with the lettuce

Step 3 :

Slice the tomato and cut the green lemon in four equals quarters

Step 4 :

Grill the shrimps with some olive oil in a pan until they turn gold (5/6 minutes)

Step 5 :

Ad the tomato slices in the bowl and mix

Step 6 :

Part the mix in two equals plates, then put over those portions the shrimps and two lemon quarters. At the end, pour the sesame seeds, salt and the olive oil

Here are the different steps to follow in order to make your risotto, scallops and prawns a success.

Step 1:

Chop the onions and prepare the broth with the cubes. Then reserve.

Step 2:

cook scallops and prawns in butter. Then reserve

Step 3:

In a frying pan, brown the onions, then when they are cooked, add the rice.

Step 4:

Once the rice is translucent, add the wine and lower the heat. Once the wine has been absorbed by the rice, add a ladle of broth. Once the absorption is complete, add a second ladle. Continue until the broth is exhausted.

Step 5:

Season with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese

Step 6:

Add scallops and prawns and serve.
