Tagliatelles aux crevettes

Shrimp tagliattelle

Preparation time : 15 minutes

Cooking time : 5 minutes

Ingredients :

( for 4 )

  • 400 g of decorticated shrimps
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml of cream
  • Parmesan
  • Salt and Pepper

Recipe preparation :

  • Step 1 :

In a casserole, cook during 5 minutes the 400g of tropical shrimps
  • Step 2 :

Meanwhile, you can peel and mince the two cloves garlic
  • Step 3 :

Cook the tagliatelle
  • Step 4 :

Drain them and in the same casserole, put the cream, the garlic with a pinch of salt and pepper
  • Step 5 :

Add the shrimps into the mix and share it in four plates
  • Step 6 :

You can add Parmesan ... ENJOY !

Here are the different steps to follow in order to make your risotto, scallops and prawns a success.

Step 1:

Chop the onions and prepare the broth with the cubes. Then reserve.
