Marinated shrimp skewers

Preparation time : 1h15

Cooking time : 20 minutes

Ingredients :

( for 4 )

  • 24 raw shrimp tails
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 shallots
  • 35 cl of olive oil
  • the juice of half a lime
  • parsley
  • salt, pepper

Here are the different steps to follow to make your marinated shrimp skewers a success:

Step 1 :

Peel and crush the 6 cloves of garlic

Step 2 :

After peeling, cut the shallots into slices

Step 3 :

Squeeze out the juice from half a lime

Step 4 :

Finely chop the previously washed parsley

Step 5 :

Mix garlic, shallots, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and pepper in a hollow dish

Step 6 :

Add the peeled shrimp tails and mix to cover them with the marinade. Let stand for at least 1 hour

Step 7 :

Then place the shrimp on wooden spikes (6 shrimp per spike)

Step 8 :

Cook the marinated shrimp skewers for 20 to 30 minutes by turning them regularly

Step 9 :

Serve the skewers hot, you can of course accompany them with a small summer salad (tomatoes, mozzarella, pasta) Enjoy your meal!

Mounth recipe

Risotto, scallops and Gambas

Preparation time : 30 minutes

Cooking time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

(for 4 )

  • 300g risotto rice
  • 16 scallops
  • 16 prawns
  • 2 onions
  • 100g of butter
  • 80cl chicken broth (2 cubes of broth + water)
  • 10cl of white wine for cooking
  •  Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper

Here are the different steps to follow in order to make your risotto, scallops and prawns a success.

Step 1:

Chop the onions and prepare the broth with the cubes. Then reserve.

Step 2:

cook scallops and prawns in butter. Then reserve

Step 3:

In a frying pan, brown the onions, then when they are cooked, add the rice.

Step 4:

Once the rice is translucent, add the wine and lower the heat. Once the wine has been absorbed by the rice, add a ladle of broth. Once the absorption is complete, add a second ladle. Continue until the broth is exhausted.

Step 5:

Season with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese

Step 6:

Add scallops and prawns and serve. Enjoy your meal !
