Thanks to our long-standing presence in the region, we oversee the entire supply chain: from fishing and processing right through to dispatch. This close relationship with our local partners enables us to guarantee exceptional products, particularly our signature prawns, renowned for their delicate flavour and freshness.

Our fishing
and aquaculture methods in Madagascar

Respect for marine ecosystems: our products are caught using
nets fitted with turtle and fish escape panels,
ensuring selective fishing that respects
biodiversity. The mesh size of the nets is larger to allow
juvenile prawns to pass through as well.

Preserving balance: fishing on sandy seabeds adheres to a three-month
fishing moratorium, allowing shrimp populations, in particular,
to regenerate naturally. An ethical
and sustainable approach: this fishing method ensures the preservation of resources
and respect for local fishing communities.
